PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Fiber-reinforced repair mortar with compensated shrinkage for repairing degraded reinforced concrete. Fiber-reinforced mortar for reinforced concrete for filling holes and all types of repairs to submerged structures before waterproofing. Incredible resistance, up to 5cm in a single pass! Manufactured in France in our Arcane Industries factory. Restructuring of structures, even submerged ones (bridges, canals, dams, basins, water towers, etc.). Foundation repairs. Structural repairs. Do not use in environments subject to strong chemical attack. ELIGIBLE MATERIALS Concrete Cement plaster Concrete block masonry, solid bricks Ineligible materials: Plaster, paint, and poorly cohesive supports (cellular concrete, soft stone, etc.). APPLICATION REQUIRED TOOLS Electric mixer, trowel, putty knife, etc. Cleaning equipment: with water while the product is still fresh. PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE The substrate must be clean, sound, durable, and cohesive. It must be free of any elements that could impair adhesion (e.g., release agent oil, curing compounds). Roughen the surface if necessary. Moisten the substrate the day before application. The substrate must be thoroughly moist but not surface-wet. Remove corroded steel, and brush it clean with a wire brush. Apply our METALPRO rust converter. APPLICATION Product preparation: Mix with an electric mixer at slow speed - Mixing ratio: 4.2 L of water per 25 kg bag. Apply with a trowel like a traditional mortar, at a rate of 5 to 50 mm per layer, or apply with a mortar pump or spray machine. If two layers are necessary, leave the first layer rough and apply the second layer after 6 hours. Finish with a polystyrene float or sponge. Protect fresh mortar from freezing, wind, and sunlight during curing. RECOMMENDATIONS Application thickness: 5 to 50 mm per pass Minimum thickness to apply on reinforcing: 10 mm Application temperature: +5°C to +30°C - Do not apply on frozen surfaces or if there is a risk of freezing in the hours following application. PROTECTION No protection is required, but it can be covered with paint, organic decorative plaster, thick mineral coating based on siloxane, tiles, or hydraulic plaster. DRYING Implementation time at +20°C: Mixing duration: 30 minutes Initial set: 1 hour Final set: 2 hours Time between passes: 6 hours Coverage time depending on the coating: Paint: 12 hours (indication at 5 mm thickness) Hydraulic plaster or self-leveling compound: 24 hours Tile: 3 days MAINTENANCE No maintenance required. CONSUMPTION 2 kg/m² per mm of thickness. 2 kg/L of cavity to be filled. STORAGE Store for 1 year in the original closed packaging, without contact with the ground, in a dry, temperate, and well-ventilated area.
